This was a wonderful experience! It was my 9 month old daughter’s first time in a hotel so I was a little stressed and worried she wouldn’t sleep well but the rooms were so clean, dark, quiet. I appreciated the effective black out curtains and minimal appliance lights and again, soo clean in the room! I was so pleased and my daughter slept soundly all through the night. There were fun amenities like ice tea, pop corn and pool and the vibe was family friendly/homey. Thank you for a great stay!
Assessible room was great with lower bed height. Mark, evening manager, was very helpful in assisting me a rate for medical visits after a long day at hospital and arriving 10:30 pm.with my granddaughter's emotional support animal, small dog. Coffee 24/7 is a bonus! My only suggestion is flip or turn the mattress as body dip on side near nightstand.
Very nice and comfortable hotel. I'd add quaint to the description. They don't have much of a breakfast, just toast and fritters and of course the waffle maker. There's coffee, 3 flavors of hot cocoa, tea and water anytime.
I can not say enough great things about this place! Staying an entire weekend was the best decision we made, because everything here was what we were looking for. Every employee was friendly, attentive, and made sure we got whatever we needed without feeling like it was an inconvenience. Overall, I’d like everyone here to know how great of a job they’re doing and to keep it up! Would definitely come back in the future when in the area.
Great location right off of M10. Hotel was very nice. It was clean and the staff was pleasant. Stayed 1 night. Had a little trouble with our TV. Called the front desk and they showed up right away to get it going. Breakfast was nice, offering several choices and lots of things to drink. I really appreciated having a cup of evening coffee available, thank you for that. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
I was there in Midland Mi cause my husband was having major surgery at the hospital there. The staff was great. When I first got there a gentleman name Ted greeted me with a smile, he was so friendly and explained everything i needed. ⭐ The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom could of been cleaned alittle better. But with all said and done it was nice. Thank you
The front desk people were always so helpful and accommodating. The rooms for very clean and the pool and hot tub were also very nice and clean. The only thing that I saw where there could be improvement is the breakfast included in the morning. You had cereal, bread for toast and some small doughnuts. They also had a waffle station that was always so busy because there were no other real choices. Other hotels I've stayed also had eggs and sausage things like that. With the price of rooms today I just feel they could have done better in this area.
Every little thing was very nice. Only a little disappointed with the pool. There seemed to have little to none chlorine in the pool. For this reason we could see small particles in the entire pool. We went there with the grandkids so the pool would be their entertainment. Continental breakfast was nice but no actual protein. But we enjoy the selection that was there. Thanks to the great staff and the manager that hired them
